摘要
目的 对“1 985年身高标准体重”营养评价标准存在的问题进行探讨 ,以便为学生营养评价标准的修订提供依据。方法 在3 672名一年级新生体检时收集小于 7岁无评价标准的学生 ;抽取 7～ 1 8岁学生 6 41 8名 ,测得身高、体重值作营养状况评价 ,百分位数评价 ;对因高身材无营养评价标准的男生的身高分布进行分析。结果 一年级新生中 94.44%的学生因小于 7岁而无评价标准。少数男生 1 1岁开始出现高身材而无评价标准 ,1 4岁、1 5岁分别高达 2 6 .32 %和 2 5 .64 %。 7～ 1 8岁学生群体营养不良检出率高 ,其中身高、体重值均在P1 0～P90 范围内的学生营养不良检出率同样很高 ,主要原因是该标准营养不良的界值点选择过高。结论 应增补 6岁年龄组和高身材男生评价标准 ;营养不良界值点选择低于 80 %的标准体重较合适 ;各年龄组应分性别制定标准。
Objective To study the problems existed in the “weight for height' nutritional status (1985) evaluation criterion, and to provide basis for making students' nutritional evaluation criterion. Methods Pupils younger than 7 years old and without the “weight for height ' nutritional evaluation criterion were chosen from 3 672 grade one pupils. Six thousand four hundred and eighteen pupils aged 7-18 were chosen, their height and weight were measured, then made evaluation of their nutritional status and percentiles. The height distribution of boys who did not have the criterion because of their height stature was analyzed.Results About 94.4% of the grade one pupils were younger than 7 years old without evaluation criterion.Among 11-year-old boys,some havn't the criterion because of their height stature,and the percentages were 26.32%, 25.64% in 14 and 15 years old boys respectively. The malnutrition rate of the pupils from 7 to 18 years old was relatively high, the malnutrition rate of the pupils whose values of height and weight were both between P 10 and P 90 was relatively high too. The cause was that the limit values of the criterion were too high to evaluate. Conclusion Criterions for the age of 6 years old and the high stature boys should be supplemented. The limit value should be selected under the 80% of the “weight for height'. The criterion should be made according to the age and gender.
