以蒎烯为原料,采用全循环法固定床加氢连续自动化控制生产工艺和镍系列改性催化剂A,催化加氢制备萜类香料合成中间体-蒎烷。考察催化剂性能、反应温度、反应压力和反应时间等条件对加氢催化反应的影响,通过四元二次回归通用旋转组合试验优化工艺参数。用最佳组合参数验证试验,当加氢压力8.0MPa,加氢温度70℃,加氢时间4h时,蒎烯的转化率大于99.4%,产物顺式蒎烷的选择性大于99.0%,
Synthesis of pinane from Turpentine were prepared via pinene hydrogenation,adopting the new automation control technology of total recycle Hydrogenated in Fixed Bed and the modified catalyst of Skeletal Nickel. Experiments were conducted to examine the process of hydrogenation catalytic reaction by changing the condition of catalyst performance, reaction temperature, reaction pressure and reaction time. The best parameters of catalytic reaction technique was determined through central composite designed experiment and regression analysis of the four elment quadratic equation with the conclusion that the reaction pressure was 8.0 MPa; reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and reaction time was 4 h. The verification test indicated the conversion rate of pinene exceeded 99.5% and cis-pinane in the catalytic product was higher than 99%.
