摘要
以具有Keggin结构的十二磷钼和十二磷钨杂多酸作催化剂,以二氧六环作溶剂.研究了β-蒎烯的水合反应,考察了反应温度,催化剂用量,反应时间及反应物投料配比等对水合反应的影响.结果表明,杂多酸催化β-蒎烯水合反应得到以α-松油醇为主的水合产物,以及茨烯、烯和异松油烯等异构化产物,在80℃,十二磷钼酸催化β-蒎烯水合反应2hr,转化率达100%,水合反应选择性为65.7%,α-松油醇选择性为56.4%。
in this paper, hydration of β-pinene was studied using 12-Molybdophos phosphoric acid and 12-Tungstophosphoric acid as catalysts. The influence of reaction temperature,amouts of catalyst,reaction time and the ratio of reactants on hydration was investigated. Experimental results indicate that α-terpineol is the main hydrated product of β-pinene, and camphene, limonene, terpinolene et al. Are the isomerization products. In dioxane,hydration of β-pinene catalyzed by MPA at 80℃ for 2hr to give 100% conversion of β-pinene, 65. 7% selectivity of hydrats and 56. 4% selectivity of α-terpineol.
