摘要
以具有Ｋｅｇｇｉｎ结构的十二磷钼和十二磷钨杂多酸作催化剂，以二氧六环作溶剂．研究了β－蒎烯的水合反应，考察了反应温度，催化剂用量，反应时间及反应物投料配比等对水合反应的影响．结果表明，杂多酸催化β－蒎烯水合反应得到以α－松油醇为主的水合产物，以及茨烯、烯和异松油烯等异构化产物，在８０℃，十二磷钼酸催化β－蒎烯水合反应２ｈｒ，转化率达１００％，水合反应选择性为６５．７％，α－松油醇选择性为５６．４％。
in this paper, hydration of β-pinene was studied using 12-Molybdophos phosphoric acid and 12-Tungstophosphoric acid as catalysts. The influence of reaction temperature,amouts of catalyst,reaction time and the ratio of reactants on hydration was investigated. Experimental results indicate that α-terpineol is the main hydrated product of β-pinene, and camphene, limonene, terpinolene et al. Are the isomerization products. In dioxane,hydration of β-pinene catalyzed by MPA at 80℃ for 2hr to give 100% conversion of β-pinene, 65. 7% selectivity of hydrats and 56. 4% selectivity of α-terpineol.
