The Synthesis of cis-Pinane

摘要 用硼化镍催化剂常压催化氢化α-蒎烯,生成的蒎烷产率高达95%;顺式蒎烷的选择性为97%,α-蒎烯的转化率为100%。 Pinanes are practically synthesized from a-pinene by catalytic hydrogenation in the presence of the raney-Ni or other catalyst at a higher pressure and temperature.In order to work out a convenient procedure for the synthesis, the catalysts P-1. 00-Ni and P-2. 00-Ni, and their modifications P-1. 00-Ni-Pd and P-2. 00-Ni-Pd were put on trials. It was found that these catalysts were all efficient in the hydrogenation of a-pinene to give cis-pinane at atmophere pressure and ordinary temperature. The yield was around 95%, the selectivity to cis-pinane was usually over 97% and the conversion rate of a-pinene was appoximately 100%. A few percent of Pd comprised in the catalyst would accelerate the reaction and increase the yield.
