摘要
依据创新体系的基本内涵,以技术创新体系3个过程(初期、中期、后期)和四元主体模型阶段的3个时期(政府导向型、高校推动企业拉动型和自觉发展型)的演变路线为切入点,梳理了我国国家创新体系的演化历程及未来发展趋势,得出市场主导、政府引导、科技中介网络支持、风险科技基金并入的以自主创新为前提的未来演化趋势特征;总结出我国国家创新体系发展的经验,在此基础上对如何发展企业自主创新提出启示。
Based on the basic content of technology innovation system,we take three processes of national innovation systems（early,mid,four-stage） and three periods of Four Subject model（government-oriented,universities push-enterprises pull oriented,self-development oriented）as the breakthrough point,analysis the evolution and development tendency of China national innovation system.We arrived at several conclusions of tendency of the development and evolution in the futureas such as market operation,government instructs,scientific intermediary sustains,risk fund sustain.Learn from the experience and improve the development of our national innovation system.At last,give the enlightenment from evolution of Chinese national innovation to enterprise independent innovation.
