TRIZ推动农业科技创新的影响因素实证研究 被引量:7

Empirical Research on the Factors Influencing TRIZ's Acceleration Effect on Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation

摘要 本文结合农业科技项目的特点,从战略、培训、资源和组织四个维度提出了39个TRIZ应用影响因素,并基于对161个农业科技项目专家的调研,运用因子分析和多元逐步回归分析联合分析方法,对当前TRIZ推动农业科技创新的关键影响因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,通过因子分析提取的10个公因子中,领导战略因素对创新绩效影响最大,回归系数达到了0.319,资源投入因素、培训主体因素、创新管理因素、创新协作因素对TRIZ应用创新绩效都有显著的正相关关系,另外,应用模式因素、培训客体因素也起着重要作用。 This paper proposes 39 influence factors of TRIZ application from four dimensions of strategy, training, resource and organ- ization, combining with the characteristics of agricultural science and technology projects. Furthermore, based on the survey of 161 ag- ricultural science and technology program specialists, this paper empirically studies the key factors currently influencing TRIZ's acceler- ating role in agricultural science and technology innovation by the association analysis of factor and regression. The results showed that, leadership strategy factor have the greatest impact on innovation performance among ten common factors extracted by factor analysis and its regression coefficient was 0. 319. Resource investment, training subject, innovation management and creative collaboration factors all have positive correlation with innovation performance. In addition, application pattem and training object factors both play important roles on innovation performance.
