摘要
对电子技术的发展历程作了简要回顾，介绍了IC近年来设计和工艺技术上的进步，阐述了微电子器件遇到的问题和纳米电子科学技术的背景，展望了纳电子技术的未来发展。
The history of electronic technology development is briefly reviewed and the progress of IC in devising and artwork in re cent years are also introduced in this paper ,This paper also elaborates the problems of microelectronic devices and the background of nanometer -electronics and it prospects the future development of nanometer electronic techbikigy as well.
