油茶籽湿渣发酵生产蛋白饲料的菌种筛选 被引量:4

摘要 本文研究了以油茶籽湿渣为原料,添加一定量的麸皮为辅料,采用10株不同的酵母菌和霉菌进行单一菌种的预筛选试验,然后将预选出的酵母菌和霉菌经过不同组合双菌发酵得出产蛋白质高的较优组合,再对较优组合进行培养条件的优化试验。结果表明:经过筛选试验得出的较优组合为热带假丝酵母和米曲霉As331,经试验确定热带假丝酵母和米曲霉As331的最佳培养条件:酵母与霉菌接种比例为1:1,总的接种量为10%,培养时间为4 d。按得出的最佳条件进行固态发酵,80℃烘干至恒重测定粗蛋白含量得出发酵产物中粗蛋白含量从发酵前的18.24%提高到发酵后的30.02%。且发酵产物具有酵母的甜香味,适口性得了到改善。 In this paper, the fermentation of protein feed was studied, using wet camellia cake as raw material and wheat bran as auxiliary material. Mold and yeast were selected by single strain test. The best results were achieved by combination of Candida tropicalis and Aspergillus oryzae As33. The optimal fermentation conditions were: ratio of Candida tropicalis to Aspergillus oryzae 1:1 and total inoculation concentration 10%. The content of crude protein was improved from 18.24% to 30.02%, alter solid-state fermentation and followed by heated to constant-weight at 80 ℃. The fermented product had a sweet smell of yeast with a pleasant taste and an improved palatability greatly.
