摘要
对产朊假丝酵母Candida tropicalis C01、啤酒酵母Saccharomyces cerivisiae S01、植物乳杆菌Lactobacillus plantarum L01混合菌种发酵泔水生产微生态蛋白饲料的条件及干制工艺进行了研究。其最佳工艺条件:原料配比选择是泔水:麸皮:木薯酒糟=6:2:2;菌种配比(产朊假丝酵母:啤酒酵母:植物乳杆菌)为6:3:1;添加0.5%尿素、2%的硫酸铵,30℃发酵24h,发酵后基质在70℃通风干制280min得到成品。成品含水量约10%,粗蛋白含量为20.01%,真蛋白含量为13.85%,植物乳杆菌及酵母菌活菌含量分别在3.1×109个/g和8.5×108个/g之上,产品色泽黄褐,轻微酸味,有明显曲香,无泔水异味。
waste food The fermentation conditions and dry technique of producing Micro-ecology were studied. Results showed that the optimal fermentation condition were protein feed from : 60% waste food, 20% wheat bran, 20% cassava distilled grains as fermentation medium; the proportion of the Candida tropicalis C01 : Saccharomyces cerivisiae S01 : Lactobacillus plantarum L01 6 : 3 : 1, with addition of 2%(NH4)2SO4 and 0.5% urea, and the inoculum size was 3%. Under the optimal conditions, final products were obtained after 24h-fermentation at 30 ~C and dried for 280 min at 70℃. The crude protein (CP)and true protein(TP) of final product were 20.01% and 13.85% respectively, alive yeasts and Lacto- bacillus plantarum were over 3.1×10^9 and 8.5×10^8/g.
