摘要
研究复合乳酸菌粉(嗜酸乳杆菌+乳双歧杆菌)及低聚木糖的益生菌冲剂在调节儿童肠道菌群方面的作用,研究方法依照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范-2003版》之"调节肠道菌群作用检验方法"。结果表明,该复合益生菌产品,在14 d动物实验和15 d人体实验中,双歧杆菌和乳杆菌数量均有极显著增加,摄入该复合益生菌产品具有调节肠道菌群的保健作用。
The effect of the probiotics （Lactobacillus acidophilus ＋ Bifidobacterium lactis） and xylooligosaccharidc complex granules on regulating intestinal flora was tested according to ＂the method for the assessment of regulating gastrointestinal tract flora function＂ established in ＂Technical standards for testing ＆ assessment of health food （2003）＂. The product can significantly enlarge the quantity number of the intestinal Lactobacillus and bifidobacterium lactis.
