双歧杆菌对儿童的免疫调节作用及其机制 被引量:15

摘要 双歧杆菌是人肠道正常菌群中占优势的益生菌,被宿主摄入后可激活宿主的免疫系统,对特异性和非特异性的免疫应答均有调节作用。通过免疫排斥,免疫清除和免疫调节发挥抗感染和抗肿瘤作用,维持机体在健康状态时免疫功能的正常水平,促进免疫在疾病状态时的增强。尤其在儿童其免疫调节作用更显示出它的重要性。该文就双歧杆菌对儿童机体免疫反应的作用及其机制的研究进展作一综述。
