摘要 通过分析青岛市鲜活水产品从运输、销售到消费整个流通过程中存在的质量安全问题,提出改善鲜活水产品流通安全状况的建议:加强水产品流通过程中质量控制技术的开发应用,提高流通效率;完善市场建设,确保鲜活水产品在流通环节的质量安全;加强市场管理,提高鲜活水产品在流通环节的质量安全水平;加强水产质量安全科普知识宣传,建立健康消费模式。改善水产品流通管理,提高水产品流通环节的质量安全水平,更好地满足消费者需求,促进行业的健康发展。 The quality and safety of fresh aquatic products during the circulation is one part of food safety. It is of great importance to strengthen the research on the quality and safety of fresh aquatic products during the circulation for improving the level of aquatic products quality. The current status of fresh aquatic products circulation in Qingdao was analyzed and summarized. Moreover, some countermeasures were put forward for improving the quality and safety status of fresh aquatic products. The main measures included: developing the quality control technology of aquatic product to raise circulation efficiency, perfecting the market construction to ensure the smooth circulation of fresh aquatic products, strengthening the management of market to improve the circulation status of aquatic products market, popularizing the scientific knowledge of aquatic quality and safety, and setting up healthy spending patterns. It is expected that the research would provide reference for the improving the quality and safety of fresh aquatic products during circulation in Qingdao.
