摘要
以中小型水产品加工企业为研究对象,建立水产品加工过程监控系统的运作模式。基于此运作模式,设计系统的功能模块和核心数据结构。针对水产品流程特点,重点研究流程逻辑表达,通过引入工位关系权值,实现优先结构和组合复杂结构。在此基础上,开发一个适应水产品工艺变化、生产需求变化的过程监控系统。
An operational mode of aquatic process monitoring system was established by studying minor aquatic process enterprises. Based on the operational mode, functional module and core data structure of the system were designed. According to the characteristics of aquatic product process, the logic expression of the process was mainly studied. Through introducing work station relational priority value, prior structure and assembled complex structure were realized. On this basis, the aquatic product process monitoring system was developed to meet the changes of aquatic product process and production requirements.
