miRNA与膀胱癌关系的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 膀胱癌是泌尿生殖系统最为常见的肿瘤．在世界范围内其发病率居恶性肿瘤的第9位，在国内其发病率和死亡率均占泌尿系统肿瘤的首位．且发病率呈逐年增高趋势．近15年平均增长速度为68．29％。其中膀胱肿瘤中上皮性肿瘤占95％以上，绝大多数为尿路移行上皮细胞癌。虽然目前对膀胱癌的治疗已经使其5年生存率有所提高，但是由于膀胱癌早期多无典型症状．使得发现确诊时已是晚期和有远处转移，导致患者的治疗效果较差。因此，早期诊断和治疗可明显提高膀胱癌患者的生存率。对膀胱癌发病分子机理的研究有可能实现这个想法。
