摘要
与常见的癌症（如肺癌、胃癌、肝癌等）相比，肉瘤的发生率远为低下．一个骨科医生，如果不是工作在设有骨肿瘤专科的医院中，很难积累起足够的处理恶性骨肿瘤的经验．作者简要地讨论了治疗良恶性骨肿瘤的一些重要的原则，包括保肢手术方法、辅助疗法、活检及转诊缺席的建立等．
Compared with the common cancers (lung, stom-ach, liver, etc-cancers), sarcomas have much lower occur-rence rate. It is not easy for the orthopaedic surgeons, whodo not work in the hospitals where the Bone Tumor Servicewas set, to accumu1ate enough experiences to deal with ma-lignant bone tumors. Some important principles for treatingboth benign and malignant bone tumors, such as methods oflimb salvage surgery, adjuvant therapis, biopsy and estab-lishment of transfer system of patients with malignant bonetumors were briefly discussed.
