摘要
目的 :为临床上修复骨缺损 ,特别是修复微波诱导高温灭活的遗留的骨缺损提供修复材料。方法 :取健康成人新鲜尸骨 ,用改良的 Urist方法制备成直径 2 .5mm的脱钙骨基质颗粒 (DBM) ,γ-射线 (1 0 0万拉德 )照射消毒。小白鼠股部肌袋埋入行成骨诱导活性测定。置 - 80℃冰箱保存备用。结果 :自制的 DBM2 0 0份(2 0 g/份 )供应临床使用 ,未发生任何并发症。结论 :掌握 DBM制备过程中的关键环节 ,特别是取材和消毒问题是成功的保证 ;同时可避免环氧乙烷消毒引起的各种并发症。临床实践证明 ,自制的人 DBM完全能达到临床应用的标准。
Objective:In order to offer a material for the repair of bone defect,especially for the repair of bone defect caused by bone tumor after the surgical treatment with microwave induced hyperthermia.Methods:The decalcified bone matrix (DBM,2 5 mm in diameter) was made from the fresh bone which was obtained from the dead body of the healthy abults with the developed Urist method and was sterilized with γ ray.Results:Four kilogram DBM was divided into two hundred parts and offered for the clinical use.There were no complications after surgical treatment.Conclusion:1MLD γ ray could have DBM sterilized and avoid the lose of DBM activity and avoid the complications caused by ethylene oxide which usually is used for DBM sterilization.The clinical results proved that the self prepared DBM could be used safely in the patients.
