Pretreatment of electroplating wastewater by Fe/C micro-electrolysis-photocatalysis process

摘要 利用Fe/C微电解-光催化法对含有大量Cu2+和有机物的电镀废水预处理。实验结果表明,预处理的适宜参数为:Fe/C微电解法以除Cu2+为指标进行正交实验,废水初始pH=3,Fe/C=1∶1,铁投加质量浓度为60 g/L,反应时间为60 min;光催化法以除有机物为指标进行单因素实验,采用纳米TiO2溶胶为催化剂,pH=3,TiO2加入量为40mL/L,紫外光照时间60 min。电镀废水经预处理后再絮凝处理,出水Cu2+去除率为99.98%,COD去除率>60%。 Fe/C micro-electrolysis-photocatalysis process has been used for pretreating electroplating wastewater which contains great quantity of Cu^2+ and organic matter. The experimental results show that the appropriate parameters of the pretreatment are as follows : the Fe/C micro-electrolysis takes the removal of Cu^2+ as its indicator by carrying on the orthogonal text. Its initial pH of wastewater is 3, Fe/C mass ratio 1:1, dosage of iron 60 g/L, reaction time 60 rain. The photocatalysis takes the removal of organic matter as its indicator by single-factor test, and nano-TiO2 solution colloid as catalyst. Its pH is 3, the dosage of TiO= 40 mL/L, time of UV irradiation 60 min. The removal rates of Cu^2+ removing rate in the effluent water flocculated, after the wastewater is pretreated, reaches 99.98% and COD removing rate is above 60%.
