纳米TiO_2光催化氧化处理糠醛废水的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备的TiO2被用于处理糠醛废水。研究结果表明:pH=2,--6的150mL废水中加入0.06gTiO2和3mLC102或H2O2,在不断搅拌下,紫外光照65min,COD去除率可达到67%。此光催化氧化反应分两个阶段,均符合一级反应动力学规律:R=1.3912t(t=0-30min)。R=0.4349t+29.342(t=30~75min)。而且TiO2催化剂重复使用15次的光催化效果没有变化,为TiO2光催化氧化处理糠醛废水工业化应用提供了技术支撑。 Using butyl titanate as raw material and COD removing rate as evaluation quota, TiC2 which was prepared by sol-gel method has been used for treating furfural wastewater. The research results show that when pH is 2-6, 0.06 g of TiC2 and 3 mL of ClO2 or H2O2 are added into 150 mL of wastewater, being stirred continuously and illuminated under UV for 65 min, the COD removing rate can reach 67%. The photocatalytic degradation reaction includes two stages, and both of them accord with the first grade rule of reactive dynamics: R =1.391 2t (t =0-30 min);R =0.434 9t +29.342 (t=30-75 min). In addition, after TiC2 catalyst has been repeatedly used for 15 times, the photocatalytic efficiency does not change. It provides support for the industrial application of TiC2 photocatalytic degradation to the treatment of furfural wastewater.
