摘要
研究了微波改性膨润土对Cu2+的吸附性能。结果表明:微波活化不仅有效地改善了膨润土的吸附性能,同时也提高了膨润土对Cu2+的吸附速度;pH值、Cu2+初始浓度及膨润土与Cu2+的质量比是影响Cu2+去除率的重要因素。在pH值为6.5,膨润土与Cu2+质量比为35:1的条件下,Cu2+初始浓度为200mg/L的废水经微波活化6-8min的膨润土的吸附,Cu2+去除率可达到99.1%。
In this paper the modification of the bentonite with microwave heating and its adsorption properties were investigated experimentally. The results showed the microwave activation can not only improve efficiently adsorption properties of bentonite but also enhance greatly the adsorbed velocity of Cu2. The adsorption of the bentonite is greatly influenced by the factors of pH value, initial concentration of Cu^2+ and mass ratio of bentonite to Cu^2+. At pH value 6.5, wastewater with initial concentration of 200mg/L Cu^2+ and 35 to 1 of mass ratio between bentonite and Cu^2+ is absorbed by bentonite activated 6 to 8 min by microwave heating, the removing rate of Cu^2+ is up to 99.1%.
