摘要
介绍了关于变厚齿轮RV 减速器的参数化设计系统. 首先,对该减速器的结构设计参数进行了优化,以增大刚度、减小体积为目标,采用内点惩罚函数法进行最优化处理. 其次,实现了参数化绘图,利用PICAD作为二次开发平台,完成主要的零部件参量化图符. 最后,实现了性能计算,可以自动进行刚度、强度、效率等性能的计算. 该系统按改变原始设计参数,可快速地完成设计计算和绘制零件图,从而实现设计过程的自动化.
A parameteried design system is proposed for the bevoloid gear RV reducer. The structural parameters optimization of the reducer is first discussed and the object function model is set up in terms of reducing the weight and increasing the rigidity of the reducer. The internal point punishment function method is adopted to the optimization program. Secondly, parametric drawing is done on the development platform of PICAD, main parts of the reducer is obtained in the form of parameter drawing. Finally, it can complete the capability calculation automatically. If the design parameters are altered according to the design requirements the system can complete the design and calculation and spareparts drawing rapidly. It shows that this system has the advantages of improving the working efficiency greatly.
