摘要
目的调查医学院校教师社会支持与生活质量的现状,并就两者的相关性进行分析。方法以社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表中文版简表(WHOQOL-BREF)作为研究工具,对安徽省5所大中专医学院校249名教师进行调查。结果医学院校教师社会支持和生存质量相关系数r=0.56(P<0.001),呈正相关。结论不同性别的医学院校教师在生活质量的社会关系维度、环境维度和社会支持中支持利用度维度得分差异具有统计学意义。医学院校教师社会支持和生存质量之间呈正相关。
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the social support and quality of life among teachers in medical university,and analyze the correlation between them.Methods 249 teachers in medical university of Anhui province were investigated with the instruments of the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and the Chinese version of World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief(WHOQOL-BREF).Results The result showed that: The coefficient of correlation was 0.56 between social support and quality of life in teachers in medical university(P〈0.001).Conclusion The score of social relation dimension,the environmental dimension and the utilization of social support have statistical significance between different genders.There was positive correlation between the social support and the quality of life in teachers in medical university.
