摘要
针对贵州织金中低品位磷矿石,采用钢球和钢棒为磨矿介质及"一粗一精"的反浮选工艺流程进行了浮选富集磷的试验,结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074mm为75.00%时,采用棒磨方式,获得的磷精矿含P2O533.45%,MgO1.28%,精矿中P2O5回收率为89.26%。
Flotation tests for middle-low grade phosphate rock from Zhijin in Guizhou province were carried out by using steel rod and steel ball as grinding media,and adopting reverse flotation process which consists of one rougher flotation and one cleaner flotation.The results showed that when the particle size(-0.074 mm) reached 75.00%,phosphate concentrate obtained by rod milling contained P2O5 33.45%,MgO 1.28%,the recovery of P2O5 in the concentrate was 89.26%.
