摘要
以云南省某磷矿选厂低品位胶磷矿为研究对象,对其给矿粒度组成和原矿性质进行了测定与分析,计算最佳球径后优化了工业生产。结果表明,与工业试验前相比,控制-200目质量分数为88%左右,球磨段可提高台时生产能力30t/h,电耗降低1.67kWh/t,浮选精矿产率增加2.29%,精矿回收率提高2.35%。
With a low grade phosphate rock in Yunnan Province as research object, the feed particle size compositions and the ore properties are analyzed to calculate the ball size for optimizing in- dustrial production. The results show that compared with the pre- industrial test, in -200 mesh content under control being about 88%, the handling capacity can increase by 30 t/h and power consumption can be reduced by 1. 67 kWh/t for each ball mill with the flotation concentrate production rate up by 2.29% and the recovery rate up by 2.35%.
