摘要
用扫描电子显微镜和 X射线能谱仪等方法研究织金新华含稀土磷矿床矿物组成 ,结构特征及微量元素含量变化特征。通过 EDAX能谱仪进行矿物成分分析 ,得出 Y2 O3质量分数与胶磷矿物密切相关的结论。对伴生矿物作了相关研究 。
Scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive analysis of X ray were used to study mineral association,texture characteristics and variation of the trace elements in Xinhua phosphorites,Zhijin,Guizhou.The EDAX composition analysis demonstrates that the mass fraction of Y 2O 3 is closely related to ore collophane.The accompanying mineral of the phosphorites,the occurrence and the mass fraction of the REE are also studied.
