摘要
采用循环气升式超声破碎鼠尾藻提取海藻多糖,对原料粒度、液/固比、提取介质 pH、通气量、超声波强度及作用时间进行了研究。同时还初步研究了提取规模放大规律,并与传统提取方法进行了比较。综合考虑,原料粒度80目左右、提取介质pH=6、液/固比L/S=20~30、气流量Q=0.4M3/h左右、超声波功率108W、作用时间20min左右时为较佳的操作条件。实验结果表明提取规模放大5倍后,选择适宜的操作条件可得到与放大前相同的多糖提取率,与传统方法比较不仅可以大大降低提取温度及缩短提取时间,而且提取率亦较高。
To extract algae polysaccharide from Sargassum thunbergii(Mert) O' Kuntze, a new process has been developed,which is air-lift recirculation ultrasonic breakage and ex traction process. The technological parameters,such as particle size of seaweed,pH of media, volume ratio of liquid to solid,flowrate of gas,power of ultrasonic wave and processing time were investigated systemically. After the process was scaled up from 200 ml to 1000ml,the recovery of polysaccharide had not changed. Comparison with existing traditional extraction method was also carried out. The experimental results in dicate that the new process has po tential application prospect in large scale extracting polysaccharide from seaweed.
