摘要
目的在对鼠尾藻(Sargassum thunbergiiKuntze)多糖进行脱色精制及氧化降解的基础上,研究其抗凝血活性。方法采用硅藻土脱色、次氯酸钠降解制备鼠尾藻多糖(PST)及其3种降解物,采用剪尾法和毛细管法对其进行抗凝血活性初步研究。结果4种鼠尾藻多糖均能显著延长小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间,3种降解物还能使小鼠的出血量显著增加。结论鼠尾藻多糖具有较强的抗凝血作用,且其抗凝血作用与其相对分子质量有关。
Objective Polysaccharide from Sargassum thunbergii Kuntze (PST) was purified and degraded to study its anticoagulation activity. Diatomite was used for decolourization and NaCIO for degration of the polysaccharide to get three degraded products. Methods PST and the degraded products were applied in mice anticoagulation experiment by methods of cutting tail and capillary. Results All samples showed significant activities to extend bleeding time and blood coagulation time in mice, as well as to increase the amount of bleeding in mice. Conclusion Polysaccharide from Sargassurn thunbergii Kuntze has significant anticoagulative activity and its anticoagulative activity is closely related with its molecular-weight.
