摘要
从尖海龙 Ｓｙｎｇｎａｔｈｕｓ ａｃｕｓ Ｌｉｎｎａｅｕｓ中分离得到的 ４种甾体类化合物 Ｓｙｌ：ｃｈｏｌｅｓｔ－４ｅｎ－３－ｏｎｅ；Ｓｙ２：ｃｈｏｌｅｓｔａｎｅ－３，６－ｄｉｏｎ；Ｓｙ３：ｃｈｏｌｅｓｔａ－５ｅｎ－３β，７α－ｄｉｏｌ；Ｓｙ４：ｃｈｏｌｅｓｔａ－４ｅｎ一３β－ｄｉｏｌ对小鼠离体心肌细胞的作用研究表明：Ｓｙ１、Ｓｙ２具有显著降低心肌细胞的拍动数，而对心幅有加强作用；Ｓｙ３、Ｓｙ４对心率作用不明显，但对心幅也有加强作用。
The effects of 4 sterols Sy1: cholest-4en-3-one; Sy2: cholestane-3, 6-dion ; Sy3: cholesta-5en-3β, 7α-diol; Sy4: cholesta-4en-3β, 6β-diol isolated from Syngnathus acus L. on the beating rate and amplitude of cultured myocardial cell of mice were carried out The result showed that Sy1 and Sy2 could decrease the beating rate and had no effect on the amplitude, Sy3 and Sy4 had no effects on the beating rate but could increase the amplitude.
