摘要
目的:研究尖海龙中甾体类化合物的活性。方法:观察从尖海龙中分得的化合物Sy1~Sy4对小鼠离体心肌细胞收缩率和收缩力(幅度)的影响。结果:Sy1、Sy2具有显著降低心肌细胞的收缩率,对收缩力有加强作用;Sy3、Sy4对收缩率作用不明显,但对收缩力有加强作用。结论:尖海龙中甾体类化合物可能是其活性成分之一。
To study the activity of sterols isolated from Syngnathus acus L. Methods: The effects of sterols (Syl-Sy4) on contraction rate (heart rate) and contractility (contraction amplitude) of in vitro rat myocardial cells were observed. Results: Sy1 and Sy2 decreased the contraction rate and had no effect on the constractility. Sy3 and Sy4 had no effect on the constraction rate but strengthened the constractility. Conclusion: The sterols appear to be one of active principles of Syngnathus acus L.
