摘要
在教育科研活动呈现繁忙景象的时候,重视和改善教育科研管理具有重要意义,而改善和加强教育科研管理,必须明确管谁即教育科研管理客体、谁管即教育科研管理主体、怎样管即教育科研管理主体与客体的关系、教育科研管理方法等基本问题。
At the time of prosperity in the scientific research of education, it is of great significance to emphasize and improve the management of it, whose enhancement makes it necessary to define such issues as the object, subject, relationship between subject and object as well as method of scientific research management.
