摘要
本文研究红色诺卡氏菌菌体对小鼠S180A的抑瘤活性。皮下注射给药，剂量分别为0．2、2、4、8、16mg／只，进行抑瘤试验。结果表明红色诺卡氏菌菌体具有明显的抑瘤活性，其抑瘤适宜量为8mg／只，抑癌率达90％以上。
The restraining effect of Rubra Nocardia on the growth of S180 in mice was studied. The hypodermic injection dose was 0. 2. 2. 4. 8. 16 mg/mice respectively. The result showed that the mycelium of Rubra Nocardia can remarkably restrain the growth of S180 in mice. The appropriated dose was 8 mg/mice with a restraining rate higher than 90%.
