Nr-CWS治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床疗效研究

摘要 目的探讨宫颈局部应用红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架制剂(Nocardia Rubra Cell Wall Skeleton,Nr-CWS)治疗人乳头状瘤病毒(hu-manpilloma avirus,HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法采用双盲随机对照试验设计,将感染HPV患者随机分配入2个组,实验组30例,安慰剂组10例,分别使用Nr-CWS和赋形剂。在治疗前、治疗后4133,治疗后8m共3次均于月经干净后3—10d对患者进行HPV检测,分析Nr-CWS对生殖道HPV感染的清除效果。结果4m后HPV检测示治疗组HPV感染转阴率为53.33%,与对照组(20%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。8m后HPV检测示治疗组HPV感染转阴率为70%,与对照组(30%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论Nr-CWS对女性下生殖道HPV感染有一定的清除作用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nocardia rubra cell skeleton (Nr-CWS) preparation in treating cervical human papilloma virus (HPV) infection. Methods Patients with HPV were double-blind randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group (treated with Nr-CWS for 1 course, n = 30) and control group (treated with the excipient of Nr-CWS, n = 10). HPV detection was made 4 m before and after treatment, and 8 m after treatment. The elimination effect of Nr-CWS on HPV in genital tract was analyzed. Results The negative conversion rate of HPV infection in the treatment group was 53.33% 4 m after the treatment, was significantly higher than 20% in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The negative conversion rate of HPV infection in the treatment group was 70% 8 m after the treatment, was significantly higher than 30% in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Clinical application of Nr- CWS can eliminate the HPV infection in lower genital tract of women with HPV infection.
