摘要
用拉曼光谱对抗胃腺癌IRNA组分Ⅰ～Ⅴ进行了拉曼光谱分析，结果证明IRNAⅠ、Ⅱ的拉曼光谱不同于其它RNA。在低盐浓度下，IRNAⅠ、Ⅱ兼有A和Z型构象，而IRNAⅢ～Ⅴ呈A型构象。
The components Ⅰ～Ⅴ of anti gastric-gland cancer IRNA were analysed by Raman spectrum. The result demonstrated that the Raman spectrums for components Ⅰ and Ⅱ were different from the other components. Under low salt concentration,each of the IRNA Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed both A and Z conformations, however, IRNA Ⅲ～Ⅴ showed A conforma-tion,
