摘要
为提高风电功率的可控性,依据国家电网公司关于风电场并网的技术规定,提出了一种基于新型混合储能系统平抑风电波动功率的方法。在对风电波动功率进行分解,并研究其平抑过程对储能系统性能需求的基础上,研制了一种新型混合储能系统。通过对运行控制方式的设计,使得该储能系统能够与风电系统进行精确、高效的功率交换;同时,储能元件可根据各自的储能特性平抑不同类型的波动功率。仿真分析表明,该平抑方法使得储能元件的储能优势得到了充分发挥,能够延长系统的使用寿命,平抑后的风电输出功率可以满足电力系统实时调度的要求。
According to the technical rule for connecting wind farm to power system established by the state grid corporation, a method for balancing fluctuant wind power is proposed to enhance the controllability of wind power. This method is based on a new pattern hybrid energy storage system. By decomposing the fluctuation of wind power, we conduct an analysis on the performance requirement for the energy storage system. Then, we develop a new pattern hybrid energy storage system to balance the fluctuant wind power. Through the design on the operation mode, the energy storage system can exchange power precisely and efficiently with wind power system. Also, different energy storage elements can be chosen to suppress different kinds of wind power fluctuation according to their own merit. The simulation indicates that the method can develop fully the merit of energy storage elements to extend the service life and that the balanced wind power can satisfy the requirement of real-time dispatching of power system.
