摘要
风电储能混合系统改善了风电出力的随机性和波动性,使得风电具有一定的可调度性。应对风电储能混合系统的联合调度问题,建立了多时间尺度下的混合系统联合调度模型。模型以最大化风电储能混合系统联合运行的期望效益为目标,考虑了风电出力的随机性和储能系统充放电的控制。基于场景削减技术以及混合整数规划技术对问题进行了求解,给出了混合系统日前小时级的联合生产计划以及日内分钟级的联合生产计划,并能在线安排风电出力以及储能出力,具有实际的可操作性,可为系统运行人员提供风电储能混合系统具体的调度出力信息。
Hybrid wind energy storage system smoothes the randomness and fluctuation of wind power output, so wind power becomes dispatchable. To cope with the operation of hybrid wind energy storage system, this paper established a multi-time scale operation model of hybrid wind energy storage system. The aim was to maximum the expected profit of the hybrid system considering the randomness of the wind power output and the charge/discharge frequency controlling of the battery. Scenario reduction algorithm and mixed integer programming technique were developed to solve the problem, the planned power generation of the hybrid system before and in the day was supplied, in addition, the online scheduling information was also provided. The proposed model can provide power generation scheduling of the hybrid system for the operators.
