摘要
电子商务作为一种新兴的商业模式,在现代企业经营管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文重点考察了电子商务对上海企业运作因素的影响程度,采用均值法、方差分析法、单因素方差分析法和相关性分析法对调查问卷所得数据进行了分析。统计分析表明,上海电子商务对企业运作的影响目前还相对较小,但随着企业所处环境的竞争强度增大,企业更愿意采用电子商务来提升整体竞争能力;随着电子商务应用年限的增长,电子商务对企业销售、采购和内部操作影响显著提高;在不同规模企业中,电子商务对中型企业运作因素模块的影响最大;在不同经济类型企业中,电子商务对民营企业运作影响最大;在不同行业中,电子商务对流通业销售影响的方差较大。针对上述特点,本文提出,上海必须加大宣传和培训力度,使企业尽快认识到实体市场和虚拟市场并存竞争将成为未来世界市场发展的主要态势;政府应根据大中小企业不同情况落实促进电子商务应用的具体政策,调动企业应用电子商务的积极性。
As an emerging business model,E-commerce is playing an increasing important role in modern enterprise operation management.This paper focuses on the study of the influence degree of E-commerce on the operation of enterprises in Shanghai,and used average method,variance analysis method,Single-factor analysis of variance and Correlation analysis method to analysis dates from questionnaires.Statistical analysis shows that,Shanghai E-commerce has relatively less influence on enterprise operations now,but as the increasing competition of the enterprise circumstance,they are more likely to use E-commerce to improve the whole competitive capacity.With the growth of E-commerce application period,the effect on marketing,purchasing and internal operating will significantly enhanced.Among all the different scale enterprises,E-commerce has the most influence on medium-sized enterprises' operation factor module,among different Economic type of enterprises;E-commerce has the most influence on private enterprises' operation,among different industries,E-commerce has the most influence on the sales of distribution enterprises.In response to the features above,this paper provides that Shanghai government should strengthen publicity and training work,and make sure that enterprises recognize physical market and virtual market's coexistence and competition will become the main trend of world market in the future.The government should implement E-commerce application specific policy according to the enterprises' different situation to arouse the enthusiasm of the enterprise on electronic commerce applications.
