摘要
电商与物流相伴共生,跨境电商离不开跨境物流。伴随电子商务的飞速发展,中国跨境电商呈现出许多不同于传统电商的新特征。在这些新特征的影响下,中国跨境电商蓬勃发展,同时在跨境物流方面也遭遇到前所未有的新困境。在分析中国跨境电商及跨境物流现状的基础上,结合跨境电商发展的新特征,尝试着分析跨境电商在运作物流时存在的问题与风险,提出通过运作海外仓,可以有效地解决中国跨境电商在物流运作中存在的许多问题。
Logistic is developing with e-commerce, and the cross-border e-commerce could not develop well without the cross-border logistics. With the rapid development of e-commerce, China＇s cross-border e-commeree shows many characteristics, which are different from the traditional e- commerce. China＇s cross-border e-commerce is booming under the influence of these new characteristics. At the same time, the cross-border logistics has also encountered unprecedented difficulties. With analyzing the status of China＇s cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics, as well as the new characteristics of the cross-border c-commerce, we tried to analyze the problems and risks that cross-border e-commerce may encounter when operating logistics. Finally, we proposed that through oversea location operation, it can effectively solve many problems existing in the logistics operation of China＇s cross-border e-commerce.
