摘要
采用验证性因子分析、回归分析、均值和方差分析等方法对商务部调查问卷收集到的数据进行分析。分析结果表明,目前影响上海市企业电子商务运作效果的主要因素是企业接受新事物的基本能力、管理人员的重视程度、企业使用电子商务的技术水平和市场竞争强度。分析结果也显示,上海制造业使用电子商务还未成规模;流通业处于传统的经营方式与新兴经营方式共存的阶段;服务业电子商务已经有了一定的规模,但需要做大做强。针对研究结果,本文提出政府要引导企业转变经济发展方式,首先必须把电子商务的理念灌输给企业;其次,要注意完善促进电子商务发展的政策法规;第三,要加强企业电子商务相关能力的培养。
The paper analyses the data collected from the questionnaires of the Ministry of Commerce using factor analysis,regression analysis,mean and variance analysis. The analysis result shows that the factors which affect the effect of E-commerce's application are as follows: the basic ability to accept new things,the attention that administrator paying to,the technical level using E-commerce,and the competition of market. The analysis result also shows,in Shanghai ,E-commerce haven't been used on a large scale in the manufacturing industry;the traditional and E-commercial ways of exchanging goods coexist in circulation industry;and E-commerce has been used on a certain scale in the services industry ,but it still needs to be stronger. Based on the analysis results,the paper suggests that changing the enterprise's mode of economic development,the government should do three things: firstly,the concept of E-commerce must be instilled to enterprises; secondly,government has to pay attention to improve the policies and regulations of E-commerce should be improving gradually;and thirdly,relevant E-commerce capabilities training for enterprise should be strengthened.
