摘要
本文介绍含蜡原油在常温下的流变性的测定,数据选取与计算方法。叙述原油流型及表现粘度随原油比重、含水和温度的变化。原油具有强烈的触变性特点。根据测试数据可以测算原油在管道内流动时的压力降,发现即使生产井口温度低于原油凝固点时,不用加热也能正常开采。
This paper introduces determinations of rheological characteristics of waxy and water- containing crude oils at ambient temperatures,collection and treatment of experimental data obtained and procedures of calculation.The flow pattern and apparent viscosity of the crude oils vary depending upon their density,water content,and test temperature.The crude oils show obvious thixotropic character.On the basis of experimental data of rheological charac- teristics obtained in laboratory the pressure drop of the crude oil flowing in well pipe can be calculated by using an equation for an gaseous phase-free noncompressible liquid with plasticity-pseudoplasticity being taken into consideration.
