摘要
对单家寺稠油掺入滨南原油或轻馏分油稀释输送及掺水乳化降粘输送进行了试验研究。测定了不同稀释条件下稀释混合原油的降粘效果及水包油乳状液的流变性,提出了有关的计算公式。本文以某管线为例,计算了几种输送方式在经济运行方案下的运行费用。结果表明,与加热输送相比,掺轻馏分油稀释输送是经济可行的;掺水输送在长距离管线上有较好的经济效益。选择稠油的输送方式时,应从采、输、炼的整体效益考虑。
An experiment a] study on pipelining Shanjiasi heavy oil wascarried out by blending with Binnan waxy oil or light hydrocarbon and by mixing with aqueous solution of surfactant. Viscosity reduction of the mixed crude oil and the Theological behaviour of oil-in-water emulsions under various conditions were measured and relevant equations were proposed. The optimum operating cost of a pipeline was calculated for various pipelining options. It is shown that pipelining heavy oil by blending with light hydrocarbon is more feasible and economical than by heating, and pipelining oil-in-watcr emulsion over a long distance is an economically better choice. Production, gathering,transporting and refining should be considered as a whole in selecting an effective way of transporting heavy oil.
