Improving Mechanism on Flow Ability of High Waxy Crude Oil

摘要 以含蜡质量分数为56.9%、粘度为34.2 Pa.s的胜利原油为研究对象,研究了剪切速率对加剂原油表观粘度的影响;降凝剂质量浓度为200 mg/L时,原油的凝点从49℃降至39.5℃;屈服值从32.4 Pa降至0.13 Pa;表观粘度从34 158.9 mPa.s降至79.2 mPa.s。采用电子显微镜对比了20℃时加降凝剂前后蜡组分在静态条件下的蜡晶形态,加剂前蜡晶单体较紧密地聚集,多而细小,均匀分散;加剂后蜡晶明显变大,蜡晶大小的分布变宽,根据共晶机理分析改性剂使蜡晶颗粒聚集变大,从而改善了原油的低温流动性。 The waxy crude oil with mass fraction of wax is 56.9 % and its viscosity 34.2 Pa's from Shengli oil field was chosen as object of study and the effect of shear rate on apparent viscosity of waxy crude oil with flow improver was studied. With addition of 200 mg·L^-1 pour point depressant, the solidification point of the crude oil drops to 39.5 ℃ from 49 ℃, the yield stress decreases from 32.4 to 0.13 Pa and the apparent viscosity is changed from 34 158.9 m 79.2 mPa·s. The Paraffin crystal morphology of un-modified paraffin at was compared to that of modified paraffin at 20 ℃ by scanning electronic microscope. It can be seen that the more and thinner waxy crystals aggregate compactly, disperse evenly before addition of modifier and wide range of waxy crystals size are found after addition of modifier. It can also be inferred that the modifier makes waxy crystals aggregate and grow analyzed by eutectic mechanism, thus flow ability of crude oil at low temperature is improved.
