摘要
本文在综合分析国内学者对国家创新体系内涵的研究成果的基础上,论述了国家创新理论的形成与发展阶段,指出国家创新体系具有系统性、网络性、多样性、动态性和开放性等特征。
This essay mentions the development and foundation stage of the nation innovation system.It gives an synthetical analysis to the domestic scholar s research achievement concerning the connotation of the nation innovation system. It also points out that the nation innovation system possesses the characteristics of the network, systematization, variation , activation and publication.
