摘要
目的:了解昆明市某三级甲等医院护士综合健康现状,为护理健康管理提供依据。方法:以临床各科室一线护理岗位护士作为调查对象,采用自行设计的护士常见疾病调查表、SCL-90量表等进行调查,数据采用SPSS13.0软件包进行管理和分析。结果:疾病和临床症状发病(生)率排序靠前5位的分别为失眠(271例,占35.89%)、习惯性便秘(253例,占33.51%)、头痛(222例,占29.40%)、消化道疾病(178例,占23.58%)、腰椎间盘突出(116例,占15.36%),各疾病(症状)发生率在各年龄段间存在一定差异。不同年龄及聘任关系与SCL-90量表得分存在一定差异。结论:临床一线护士的健康状况不容乐观,管理者应该在人力资源的配置、护士的工作与生活、健康教育及定期体检等方面予以高度重视,才能有效提高护士身心健康水平。
Objective To investigate the general health status of nurses in a class - A tertiary hospital, and the study will provide a scientific evidence of decision making for the nursing administration. Method The sample of this study was chosen from the first - line nurses in a class - A tertiary hospital. ①The research instrument used in the study was a questionnaire consisting of two parts Self - designed questionnaire for common diseases of nurses ;②SCL- 90 Scale. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 13.0) was used for data analysis. Results The top five of clinical symptoms of disease and the rates were as follows:①Insomnia (271,35.89%) ;②Habitual constipation (253,33.51% ) ;③Headache (222,29. 40% ) ;④Digestive tract diseases ( 178,23. 58% ) ; ⑤Lumbar disc herniation ( 116, 15.36%).The results of disease (clinical symptoms) and the rates revealed that there were certain differences among all ages of nurses. Further,there was certain difference between different ages, employment relations and SCL- 90 scores. Conclusion The health sta- tus of first -line nurses in the hospital is not optimistic. An intervention on nursing staffing, human resource allocation, nurses' work and life, health education and periodic physical examination should be highly concerned by administrators. Moreover, the intervention will improve the level of nurses' physical and mental health.
