摘要
目的:了解中国医务人员心理健康状况及其相关因素。方法:主要选择维普中文科技期刊数据库1993-01/2006-05关于医务人员心理健康方面的文章,就其内容进行分析、分类、归纳及总结。结果:医务人员的心理健康水平低于一般人群,与医务人员的人格特点、工作压力、应对方式密切相关。结论:医务人员的心理健康应引起重视,并需进行干预方面的深入研究。
AIM： To explore the mental health and its relative factor among medical staffs in China. METHODS： The Chinese Scientific Journals Database （hyyp：//www.cqvip.com/index.htm） from January 1993 to May 2006 ware undertaken to identify the articles of mental health among medical staffs. The contents ware analyzed, classified and summarized. RESULTS： Mental health of medical personnel in China was inferior to general people, and it was significantly related with personality, delivery pressure, coping style. CONCLUSION： It must be thought highly of the mental health of medical staffs in China, and system intervention must be done.
