摘要
艺术是特别需要创新人才的领域。艺术创新人才培养的真正关键,与其说在于创新技能培养,不如说在于创新素养养成。创新人才的共通特征在于好奇心、跨学科综合才华、想象力、协作与务实精神、韧劲。创新素养是指创新人才所必备的个体身心条件,这种创新素养其实从创新理论创始人熊彼特那里就受到重视了。创新被视为企业家的一种个体精神或意识。从陈凯歌与胡戈的事例可见,创新素养决定创新人才的成败。艺术创新素养的养成过程至少可涉及三层面:专业技能濡染、宽厚学识激活、想象力引导。
Innovative person is specially needed in art field. The most significant point in educating innovative person does not mean cultivating one' s innovative techniques, but lies in the nurturance of one' s innovative literacy. There are some common characteristics of innovative people, for example, they have curiosity, and trans - disciplinary ability, imagination, cooperative and tough spirit. Innovative liferacy includes physical and mental condition demanding for an innovative person, which had already been paid much attention to by Schumpeter, the initiator of innovative theory. Innovation is considered to be an individual spirit or consciousness of an enterpriser. Viewed from events of Chen Kaige and Hu Ge, we learn that innovative literacy is so important that it decides whether one is successful or not. It is a must for one to be techniques -qualified, knowledgeable, and imaginative to be an innovative person.
