摘要
介绍了羊毛/珍珠纤维混纺双层透视休闲花呢的风格特点、生产工艺及技术控制措施。根据双层透视休闲花呢对外观和手感要求的特殊性,对毛条、纺纱、织造及后整理工艺参数进行了优化。在产品开发过程中,对原料的使用、产品设计参数的选择、生产工艺的确定,以及关键工艺技术和质量控制方法等进行了多次工艺试验和质量攻关,最终确定了适合双层透视休闲花呢生产的设计参数和工艺参数,解决了工艺技术和质量控制方面存在的关键问题,提高了产品制成率。
This article mainly introduces the production of double perspective of leisure tweed blended with wool and pearl fiber and its characteristics,technical measures.According to the double perspective of leisure tweed on the look and feel of the special requirements,the process parameters were optimized from the top,spinning,weaving to finishing.In the product development process,the double perspective of leisure tweed use of raw materials and product design parameter selection,production process were identified,and key technology,quality control were optimized,It ultimately determineed the suitable technology for the double perspective of leisure tweed production,improved the rate of manufactured products.
