摘要
在GA747-Ⅱ型剑杆织机上织造细密双层织物时,通过制定合理的上机工艺参数及操作方法的优化,有效解决了经向停台高、纬缩、星跳疵点多等问题,使织造效率从20%提高到82%以上。
When weaving high density double layer cloth on GA747-Ⅱ, reasonable process parameters and optimum operations are adopted to effectively solve the problems of frequent loom stop in warp direction, weft shrinkage and start shape float. The weaving efficiency is thus raised from 20 % to more than 82 %.
