摘要
氨基酸组分分析是鉴别珍珠纤维的有效方法。测定珍珠粉、珍珠层粉及其共混再生纤维素纤维中多种氨基酸含量,对珍珠纤维和珍珠层粉纤维氨基酸作定量分析,实现了珍珠纤维和珍珠层粉纤维的有效区分,为珍珠纤维鉴别提供了依据。
The analysis of amino acid composition is an efficient method for pearl fiber identification. This study aims at determining amino acid content contained in pearl powder, pearl layer powder and its blended regenerated cellulose fiber. And through its quantitative analysis of amino acid contained in pearl fiber and pearl layer fiber, the distinction between them is achieved with a foundation for pearl fiber identification provided.
