摘要
目的:总结锁骨骨折的治疗经验。方法:收治锁骨骨折患者80例,进行回顾性分析。结果:80例患者随访时间8个月～18个月,骨折全部愈合,非手术组愈合时间3～8周,手术组愈合时间4～6周。非手术愈合后X线片显示有轻度畸形11例。结论:非手术组和手术组骨骼愈合均较好,但非手术组由于过早活动,影响固定效果出现畸形,是教育患者应当注意的重要事项。
Objective：To summarize the experience in the treatment of clavicular fracture. Methods：The hospital treatment of 80 patients with clavicular fractures were retrospectively analyzed. Results：80 patients followed up for 8 months to 18 months, all fractures healed, the healing time of non - surgical group of 3 to 8 weeks, the healing time of surgical group 4 to 6 weeks. Non - surgical healing after X ray showed mild abnormalities in 11 cases. Conclusion： fee - operation group and operation group were better bone healing,but due to premature non- surgical group activities, the impact of fixed effects deformity, patient education should pay attention to important issues.
