锁骨钩板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位 被引量：2

摘要 应用锁骨钩板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折和TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位24例。发现所有患者均获得良好的复位和固定,手术后X线片复查骨折复位率100%,患者肩关节在术后两周平均外展可达到90,°无术后变位及骨折不愈合。有1例因钢板挤压过紧出现肩锁关节疼痛,钢板取出后症状消失,只在活动量大后出现酸痛不适。内固定取出后,无再骨折和脱位的病例。按Karlsson评分,关节功能恢复良好率100%。认为锁骨钩板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位简单、有效,是一种可靠的治疗方法。
