摘要
我国以煤炭等化石能源为主的传统能源结构已难以支撑未来国民经济的平稳较快发展。就发展清洁能源的相关问题进行了探讨,提出大力发展清洁能源已成为我国可持续发展的重要举措,尤其对保障能源安全、调整能源结构、促进节能减排等具有重要作用。重点分析了清洁能源发展面临的主要问题,包括系统调峰能力、跨区输电通道建设、清洁能源统筹规划、配套政策体系等;针对不同的问题,提出了解决问题的可行性建议与思路。
The traditional energy structure which mainly consists of coal and other fossil energy is becoming difficult to support the steady and rapid economic development of China. The relevant issues about developing clean energy are discussed and it is concluded that developing clean energy is an important measure for China＇s sustainable development, and will play a critical role in ensuring energy security, adjusting energy structure, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction. The key problems of clean energy development are analyzed, including the peak load regulating capability of power system, cross-region power transmission corridor construction, integrated planning of clean energy and supporting policy systems. And some feasible suggestions and methods are put forward.
